1990 52 (ft.) Hatteras Yachts Motor Yacht w/ Cockpit

POZITIVELY GRAND has a large enclosed aft deck with a starboard entrance to the main salon. The interior finish is ash wood. There is a sofa couch, reclining chair and table on the aft deck.

Forward and down from salon is the galley with an informal dinette area (that converts into bunk space) located on starboard side.

Forward of the galley is the guest stateroom with an island queen, built-in storage drawers and under berth storage. The guest head is part of the guest stateroom on the port side and has a stall shower, sink, and head.

The master stateroom is all the way aft. It features a tapered queen berth, two hanging lockers, a mirrored vanity/dresser, under berth storage, a full length mirror and numerous drawers for storage in the berth and dresser.

A second guest stateroom is aft and down from the main salon. The starboard side guest stateroom has bunk berths with under berth storage and hanging locker. Lamps for reading are located on the nightstand & wall.

There is a full-sized head starboard to the master stateroom with stall shower, sink, and head. There is also a head located forward and port of the master stateroom entered from the hallway with stall shower, sink, and head. There is an entrance to the flybridge forward and center on aft deck.

The galley down features a refrigerator w/ freezer, range, microwave, washer/dryer, ice maker, water heater, and pressure dockside water system.

POZITIVELY GRAND has just undergone a complete refit with new dicor and electronics upgrade in 1996. Owners change in plans to revert to a sport fish model has put this meticulously maintained 52 cockpit motoryacht on the market.
