Avocet has just been redecorated with blue Mercedes leather upholstery, sisal Berber carpet and drapes throughout. All windows are large, opening and have screens plus new exterior Textaline window covers. All cabinetry and cabin soles are teak. SALON: Wet bar with icemaker, Entertainment center, Sony 25" television (new 2000), Large L-shaped settee, AM/FM receiver with CD player (new 2000), Teak drop-leaf table, Chair, Bose speakers throughout cabin. The lower helm station is forward in the salon to starboard. A breakfast bar, with (2)swivel bar stools, overlooks the galley area and doubles as a chart table while cruising. On the aft port bulkhead is a built-in book and magazine rack. Access to the decks is through port and starboard doors.

GALLEY/LAUNDRY: Whirlpool clothes washer/dryer forward in companionway, Grunert holding plate freezer, Grunert holding plate double door refrigerator, Fresh water system, Water heater, Double stainless steel sink, Princess 3-burner electric stove with oven, Microwave oven, U-line icemaker, Exhaust fan. This U-shaped galley is large with plenty of storage, glass racks and wide mica countertops. The cabinets, countertop trim and refrigerator doors are teak. The window opens and overhead is an opening hatch.

MASTER STATEROOM: Centerline queen with custom bedspread and coordinating pillows, Split head arrangment shower starboard, sink/head port, Panasonic 13" television with VHS, The master stateroom has a private entry to the aft deck. Large hanging locker with TV shelf above, Built in desk with telephone and computer station, Built in drawers including chart drawer under berth, The master stateroom has a private entry to the aft deck.

GUEST STATEROOM: V-berth is plaid fabric with coordinating pillows, Storage under berth, Opening windows include screens, The guest head with stall shower is aft of the guest stateroom to starboard.

Canvas includes navy blue Bimini and Strataglass enclosure, helm and seat covers, table cover, transom cover, new rail covers, door covers, dinghy cover and hatch covers in 2000. Texaline window covers new in 2000.
